彎管機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理

(1)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
如圖1所示,彎管機(jī)的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用兩條夾緊缸1、2,一條彎曲成形缸3,三條液壓缸呈“T”形布置在同一水平面上(這可由機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)保證),并借助一些輔助機(jī)構(gòu)組成一體,整機(jī)由液壓實(shí)現(xiàn)驅(qū)動(dòng)與控制。

(2)工作原理
彎管機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)原理如圖2所示。
在圖示狀態(tài),所有電磁鐵均處于斷電狀態(tài),柱塞泵2輸出的液壓油經(jīng)二位四通電磁閥3卸荷,同時(shí)所有執(zhí)行元件的活塞桿處于縮回狀態(tài)。液壓系統(tǒng)工作時(shí),首先使7YA通電,此時(shí)整個(gè)液壓系統(tǒng)工作在調(diào)定的工作壓力下。按下操作按鈕,使電磁鐵1YA、3YA同時(shí)得電,此時(shí)三位四通電磁閥6、7換向處于左位,液壓油經(jīng)減壓閥5,進(jìn)入夾緊缸17、18的無桿腔,有桿腔的液壓油經(jīng)單向節(jié)流閥的單向閥口回到油箱;夾緊缸17、18的速度大小由單向節(jié)流閥12、13調(diào)節(jié),調(diào)整到兩個(gè)夾緊缸基本同步為止。當(dāng)兩缸運(yùn)動(dòng)到設(shè)定位置時(shí)使1YA、3YA失電,使三位四通電磁閥6、7處中位,夾緊缸停止進(jìn)給,此時(shí)兩缸間距離應(yīng)稍大于胎模直徑;而后使5YA得電,液壓油進(jìn)入彎曲成形缸無桿腔,有桿腔的液壓油回到油箱,彎曲成形缸開始運(yùn)動(dòng)并推動(dòng)管料,使之產(chǎn)生彎曲變形,直到所需的半圓形時(shí),彎曲成形缸運(yùn)動(dòng)到這兩個(gè)輔助成形輪后停止,電磁閥8處中位,彎曲成形缸壓力由雙液控單向閥保持;接著使電磁閥6,7的1YA、3YA二次得電,兩夾緊缸17、18二次進(jìn)給,使管材的彎曲大于180°,當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí),壓力繼電器15、20給三位四通電磁閥6、7發(fā)信,使之處于中位保壓,保證U形的成形度;最后,使電磁閥6、7的2YA、4YA得電,兩夾緊缸返回,跟著電磁閥8的6YA得電,彎曲成形缸也返回,取下成形彎管,完成一次完整的彎管工作循環(huán)。

由以上工作原理圖可見,彎管機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)包含以下幾種基本回路。
①卸荷回路此回路由一個(gè)溢流閥4和二位四通電磁閥3構(gòu)成。啟動(dòng)液壓泵后,二位四通電磁閥3在常態(tài)下處于卸荷狀態(tài),此時(shí)液壓泵的輸出全部經(jīng)電磁閥回油箱。當(dāng)電磁鐵7YA得電時(shí),電磁閥換向處于工作狀態(tài),調(diào)整溢流閥4至工作壓力。為便于選閥,本回路使用堵二位四通電磁閥A、B口的方式來代替二位二通閥,二者是完全等效的。
②速度控制回路速度控制回路采用進(jìn)油節(jié)油調(diào)速,采用壓力繼電器容易實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力控制。這種調(diào)速方法具有調(diào)節(jié)方便、節(jié)約能源的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)入液壓缸的流量受到節(jié)流閥的限制,可減小啟動(dòng)沖擊,彎管時(shí),要求液壓缸的速度較低,進(jìn)油節(jié)流調(diào)速可方便地達(dá)到這個(gè)要求。
③保壓回路在回路中分別設(shè)置雙液控單向閥9、10、11,當(dāng)回路中的電磁閥6、7、8處于中位時(shí),使液壓缸能保持其壓力。另外考慮到液壓缸的泄漏問題,在回路中加上蓄能器16、19,以補(bǔ)償其泄漏量。
