(一)噪聲與振動(dòng)
該問(wèn)題在溢流閥中尤為常見(jiàn),產(chǎn)生噪聲的因素眾多,包括壓力不均勻、空穴現(xiàn)象、液壓沖擊與機(jī)械噪聲四種,假如使用的是高壓大流量型溢流閥,振動(dòng)與噪聲問(wèn)題將更劇烈。
①壓力不均勻
當(dāng)溢流閥處于高壓下溢流,導(dǎo)閥的軸向開(kāi)口相對(duì)較小,數(shù)據(jù)一般為0.003~0.006cm,這使得油液過(guò)流的面積也相對(duì)偏小,流速卻可達(dá)200m/s,從而容易引發(fā)壓力分布不均,導(dǎo)致錐閥徑向力不平衡以產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)。此外,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)錐閥和錐閥座加工時(shí)出現(xiàn)橢圓問(wèn)題、導(dǎo)閥口的污物黏著或調(diào)壓彈簧變形等也會(huì)引起錐閥的振動(dòng),因此通常認(rèn)為導(dǎo)閥是形成噪聲的震源所在。想要解決這一問(wèn)題,就需要加大對(duì)錐閥工藝的監(jiān)管,保持元件的清潔度,定時(shí)檢查若發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題應(yīng)立即解決。
②空穴現(xiàn)象
空穴現(xiàn)象在溢流閥故障中較為常見(jiàn),其表現(xiàn)為空氣被吸入油液中,溶解的部分空氣析出形成氣泡,這些氣泡在低壓區(qū)時(shí)體積較大,當(dāng)油液流入高壓區(qū)時(shí)氣泡因壓縮而變小甚至消失,若氣泡處于高壓區(qū),流向低壓區(qū)的過(guò)程中體積會(huì)突然增大,體積上的變化促成噪聲的產(chǎn)生。這一過(guò)程時(shí)間極短,會(huì)進(jìn)一步引起局部液壓沖擊而產(chǎn)生振動(dòng),如果溢流閥的導(dǎo)閥口和主閥口口徑較小,油液流動(dòng)和壓力數(shù)值變化偏大,這就容易出現(xiàn)空穴現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生噪聲與振動(dòng)。解決這一問(wèn)題的辦法即是適當(dāng)降低油壓以控制流速,或挑選閥口更大的溢流閥。
③液壓沖擊
當(dāng)溢流閥處于卸荷狀態(tài)時(shí),會(huì)因液壓回路的壓力驟降而出現(xiàn)噪聲,其原因在于溢流閥的卸荷時(shí)間較短,油液流速急劇變化時(shí)會(huì)引起壓力突變,從而造成壓力波的沖擊。這種壓力波本身產(chǎn)生的噪聲很小,但隨著油液傳入系統(tǒng)內(nèi)容易與機(jī)械部件引發(fā)共振,從而加大了振動(dòng)和噪聲的增強(qiáng)。解決這一問(wèn)題的辦法在于卸荷過(guò)程中,盡量降低油壓以控制流速,可通過(guò)聽(tīng)覺(jué)判斷系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的噪聲情況予以調(diào)整。
④機(jī)械噪聲
這一現(xiàn)象一般是因裝配或維護(hù)不當(dāng)所導(dǎo)致,主要表現(xiàn)為:
I. 滑閥和閥孔因配合過(guò)緊或過(guò)松產(chǎn)生噪聲,過(guò)緊時(shí)滑閥會(huì)移動(dòng)困難,引起振動(dòng)與噪聲,過(guò)松時(shí)會(huì)因間隙將過(guò)大加劇泄露,從而引起振動(dòng)和噪聲。其解決的途徑在于合理調(diào)節(jié)滑閥與閥控的間距;
II.彈簧剛度不夠,易產(chǎn)生彎曲變形,液動(dòng)力會(huì)引起彈簧自振,當(dāng)彈簧振動(dòng)頻率與系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)頻率相同時(shí),則會(huì)出現(xiàn)共振現(xiàn)象。其解決的途徑在于及時(shí)更換彈簧;
III.壓力調(diào)節(jié)后,一定要將松動(dòng)的螺母擰緊,避免進(jìn)一步出現(xiàn)振動(dòng)或噪聲;
IV.當(dāng)油口油路中有空氣存在時(shí),也容易產(chǎn)生噪聲,其解決途徑在于先排除油口和油路中的空氣,進(jìn)而加大密封;
V.當(dāng)溢流閥與其他元件產(chǎn)生共振時(shí),會(huì)造成振動(dòng)與噪聲的加劇。其解決途徑在于及時(shí)檢查各元件的安裝與管件連接處有無(wú)松動(dòng),一旦存在問(wèn)題便立即處理。
(二)壓力波動(dòng)
該故障在溢流閥中容易出現(xiàn),其既可能是自身問(wèn)題,也可能是油泵與系統(tǒng)的連帶影響,自身引起波動(dòng)的主要原因如下:
①控制閥芯的彈簧剛度不夠,或彈簧彎曲變形,無(wú)法維持穩(wěn)定的工作壓力,其解決辦法為更換彈簧;
②油液因污染嚴(yán)重,阻尼孔被堵塞,導(dǎo)致滑閥移動(dòng)困難,其解決辦法為經(jīng)常檢查油液的受污染度,必要時(shí)考慮換油和疏通阻尼孔;
③錐閥和鋼球與閥座間的配合不佳,造成原因可能是由于污物卡住或磨損,其解決辦法為清除污物并修磨閥座,若磨損嚴(yán)重則更換錐閥(或鋼球),若壓力波動(dòng)較大,采取各種辦法均無(wú)法解決問(wèn)題時(shí),可考慮對(duì)錐閥或鋼球輕輕敲打,隨之壓力波動(dòng)也可能相應(yīng)降低;
④滑閥動(dòng)作不靈活,造成原因可能是滑閥表面被拉傷、閥孔碰傷、滑閥被污物卡住或滑閥與孔配合過(guò)緊等,解決辦法為對(duì)受損處予以清洗和修磨,若嚴(yán)重至無(wú)法修磨,則可考慮更換滑閥。

(三)壓力調(diào)整無(wú)效
這種情況一般是指無(wú)壓力、壓力調(diào)不上去或壓力提升過(guò)快,通常調(diào)整液壓系統(tǒng)壓力的正確方法是首先將溢流閥全打開(kāi)(即彈簧無(wú)壓縮),啟動(dòng)油泵后慢慢旋緊調(diào)壓按鈕(彈簧壓縮量逐漸增大),壓力隨之穩(wěn)步上升,若油泵在啟動(dòng)后壓力迅速上升且無(wú)法停止,則可判斷是溢流閥尚未打開(kāi)或出現(xiàn)故障。調(diào)壓無(wú)效的主要原因如下:
①?gòu)椈蓳p壞、斷裂或漏裝,其解決辦法為重裝彈簧或予以更換;
